They turned my hovel of a bathroom into a stunning area which has been much admired. I found their after sales service excellent when some of the lights failed and they came to fix them very promptly. Great service from John and Charles. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

For all my lovely gentlemen who put their backs into giving me a new wetroom and enabling me to just walk into a shower, without stepping over bath. For the ease of it now. My boiler broke down on Sunday and just got it fixed yesterday, so only had 3 showers, but hey ho, life goes on :)

We are delighted with the completed shower room. George took the time each morning to go over with me the work that had been carried out the previous day and at the end of the job pointed out the location of the various components of the shower and explained fully how it worked. This was very much appreciated. We were also very impressed at how clean and tidy everything was left at the end of each day.
Couldn't rate Johnston & Graham highly enough, 5 stars doesn't do the job the guys did at our home justice. We lived in an old electric house with brick walls and metal beams, Johnston & Graham installed 9 radiators running pipes to every room fitting a combi boiler and a tidy chimney on the roof above the boiler. They managed to conceal all the pipe work in tidy casing and out of sight so you would barely even notice it. No corners were cut even going out of their way to remove the old water tank and remove a large loop of old pipe work. Job was competitively priced and completed to the highest standard. Would recommend Johnston & Graham to anyone.
